Laura Benjamin, President of Pinehurst Press holds a BA in Humanities from California State University with graduate studies at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and Rochester Institute of Technology. She attended the United States Air Force Non-commissioned Officers Leadership School at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana and the Tort, Claims, Litigation School at Maxwell AFB, Alabama. Laura is creator of the CARLA Concept(TM) Communication Model, member of the International Association of Facilitators and past-president of the Society for Human Resources Management Colorado Springs Chapter. Pinehurst Press is a member of the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce.

Since 1997, Laura Benjamin has trained, inspired and entertained over half a million people at civilian and military installations throughout the US and overseas, including Fort Carson, Colorado and Fort Lewis, Washington, the United States Air Force Academy, Seymour Johnson AFB in North Carolina and Fort Patrick Henry in Heidelberg Germany for the General Services Administration. She has coached executive and management development, directed team interventions and teambuilding efforts, conducted employee engagement and workplace culture projects, facilitated strategic planning sessions, town hall meetings, customer and community involvement initiatives.
