This fun, thought-provoking, interactive program is for those who want to gain a deeper understanding of personality styles to improve interpersonal relationships with others. Whether participants are dealing with a difficult person, customers, co-workers, constituents or employees, or if you just want to know you’re really okay, this program is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

As optional pre-work for this program, participants may complete the DiSC® Classic online or printed booklet profile for a personalized report on their individual style and strategies for increased effectiveness.
